For those who don't know the canon, important things to note about Lelouch is his ability to Make People Do Things For Him Even If They Don't Want To With His Pretty Eyes™ (and often to disastrous results...) aka Geass... so yeah~

And I admit I've never seen Tokyo Babylon or much of X/1999 myself... but did play with some Seishirous before... (and then seen Kuroshitsuji...)
