This little guy is Chopper from the anime/manga series One Piece, which is basically a lengthy story about pirates. It's about some other stuff too, like social injustice and politics and human rights and war and the bonds that connect and bring strangers together.
Also poop. It's a shonen series, what else do you expect? Chopper here is indeed a pirate. He's also a doctor! And a talking reindeer. That's probably the most important part. He's an itty bitty pirate doctor talking reindeer but he's really caring and nice and super cute and reallytsundere bad at taking compliments! His new name is now "Tanuki", which is horrible because a tanuki is a Japanese raccoon-dog and it's what Chopper gets mistaken for a lot. Hopefully I can get around to introing him soon and I can't wait to do so. ♥
