Anyway, hey there HBG! My name is Ran (although since I seem to have a double here you could always call me Rannerson!) and I'm going to be playing Giovanni from Pokemon! More specifically the Adventures manga, although if we're going to be perfectly honest the Japanese title "Pokemon Special" is a little more apt on account of the series being very special in that twelve-years-old-cool kind of way. If you're not familiar with it, it kind of follows the games except when it does its own hilariously amazing thing, like half of Kanto's gym leaders being in Team Rocket, the Kanto Elite Four being a bunch of genocidal eco-terrorists, GSC completely going off the rails from the games' plot, everything about the Ruby/Sapphire arc, and Satoshi Yamamoto's artwork.
Giovanni is a pretty cool dude who will come off as completely pleasant and friendly upon a first meeting and then be a complete smug douche once you find out about the whole "Team Rocket" thing. He is a completely ridiculous person who likes taking his shirt off during fights with equals because it's manly as fuck, I guess. He is on the classy end of the criminal spectrum, but that doesn't quite mean he's above some shady underhanded shenanigans. (also, have you seen a little boy...? about thirteen or fourteen, redhead, should probably recognize the name "Silver," got kidnapped by a bird at age two...)
