Hey, there, HBG!
I'm May and I'm bringing in Meryl Stryfe from Trigun. Hailing from a planet that is almost entirely desert, she is going to be waaay out of her element. She is overstressed, business-oriented, quick tempered but essentially courageous and big-hearted. She's the type to take on too many responsibilities, remain dutiful to her job and friends, and can be kind of a butt to people who frequent the 'stupid decisions' club. Just don't get on her bad side, she's got a mean left hook.
Her new name will be 'Rem', first because it's a sensible reduction of her very Western name... second because I'm a huge jerk and anyone who knows Trigun knows why this is kind of a rude thing to do to her.
